Why do you think a small child can "pump" a swing until he is propelled up above head height? The mysteries of the tides, where billions of tons of water empty and fill twice a day is another example of dynamic response.
Can you see the parallels between these cases and the dynamic response of pylon rock? Why must you subscribe to loss of lift theories?
