i am now working for CAAS and i heard stories about the diffculty of switching companies that are link in someway( i.e CAAS to SIA, Singapore Technology to Temasek Holding etc,) as the management is likely to seek permission or informing each other about the application... do anybody knows something about such issue. I am worried by working for CAAS, it will hinder my chance of becoming a cadet pilot... pls help to clear my doubts.. thank you in advance..
