Great package, great company...........real shame about the basic!
Is this really what kind of a price is put on the head of a good quality, experienced Ops Controller in the UK these days????
No wonder most Ops folk feel under-valued and under-recognised.
And if that's what one of the more 'prestigious' of UK operators is prepared to offer, then NO WAY are they going to support, advocate, or actively encourage the regulatory bodies in Europe to push through any kind of approved Ops training requirement for their staff coz obviously.... they just don't care!
