I agree with you Volant Brique, and feel that BALPA had the chance to win over the workforce and blew it.
I think Semirigid Rotors idea of a revamped NSPA is worth looking into because that will be pilots looking after pilots interests.
This Question needs to be asked around the bases to see what the responce would be and would people be willing to join.
