HOw do I loose weight the fastest
I need help......Im 5'2" and im almost 200 pounds......
I play basketball almost everyday....but I eat like its holiday everyday almost 4 times aday....
Now Im starting to run and lifting a litle weight.....but I still havent lost a pound......
I need advice......
