sorry for being late of my 5 cents worth. Haven't been on the prune for quite a while since I've joined MAS. To be honest with you, it is very upsetting for applicants if the HR department actually behaves as what you have mentioned. To be honest with you, I know quite a number of people in the HR department personally and I have to say that they are very nice and friendly people. They were helpfull and gave me plenty of assistance. Even when I needed help with Flight Operations, the HR Department gave in a helping hand. Maybe you might have met one of the odd staffs which I have not met yet (at the moment).
For my word of advice, maybe you should not just judge the entire HR department of their behaviour. Give it some time and keeping our finger's crossed, once you've join MAS you'll find that almost everything is enjoyable and everyone's friendly. Except maybe one or two Captains have lack of sense of humour
