The studies are numerous. Try searching a medical database, such as medline. I had a quick play with the search terms "hep b immunisation" AND liver cancer. See the link below.
Unfortunately I havnn't time to critically appraise the evidence fully, but one large scale study measured an incidence drop from 3.27/10,000 to 0.17/10,000 14 years following a national infant hep b immunisation programme.



One word of caution. You are unlikely to find (m)any grade A1 Randomised Control Studies for immunisation interventions. Most of the studies will be prospective cohort studies.

This doesn't mean to say that the studies are any less useful, clinically, its just difficult to design such studies for imms programmes.

As it is for testing the effectiveness of parachutes.
