BMED is expanding by one aircraft per year for the next 3 years at least which means 14 to 20 pilots per year.
Time to command has been good in the past, getting longer now.
Destinations are interesting and some challenging.
Pay and allowances are on the low side but getting better. Scheduling agreement is much better than last year now that BALPA have got involved. A minimum of 10 days at home per month.
Some pilots leaving, mostly to BA and Virgin due to better pay and condistions.
New CEO and DFO to come will be interesting to watch.
