I have personnally used, and know of people that have found useful, this book. It is not about airlines in particular, but it points you in the right direction on what interviewers want to hear, and in the right attitude in trying to get a job. Then you have to work on what YOUR reasons and expectations are, keeping in mind the right techniques, attitudes and mistakes to avoid.
