MCC courses
Short answer no.
MCC is not a crm course, but a broad understanding of multi crew ops. You need 25 hours classroom and 20 hours sim time.
They are approved courses and although you cant really fail (unless you dont turn up or play the game) you have to complete all the course requirements.
There has been masses said on this forum about tick in the box and pros and cons of using a full motion jet sim.
I have run over 20 courses so far and everyone that has done them thought they were well worth the time, effort and more importantly money.
The course will give you an indepth insight into your future carreer (if your going into the airline world) and prepare you for your interview sim rides.
