The Captain roster, 14 days, is normally divided into 7 days flying the line, 3 days night standby and 4 days off. Recent variations to this established patern have been the result of staff constraints that will be resolved with the current Captain recruitment process.
The 6 x S76C aircraft are extremely well presented and maintained; industry and world's best practice certainly applies to the maintenance engineering standards. Applicants fortunate enough to be interviewed will see this first hand.
