there have been 7 voluntary resignations since late last year, all relative newcomers to Esso
10 hour duty day standard
lot of flying, 650+ hours a year
captains 14 day roster is usually 8 work days, 2 night standby and 4 off
it is all day VFR, IFR is only for rare night call outs and currency only.
sar/hoist is annual currency or emergency only.
very good aircraft
