Mostly all Chinese cos. keep expat or good english speakers as their intl' spokesperson.

the same can be said about India as well, both India & China are using short term options to fill up the pilot shortage. Non of the airlines are spending on quality training and cutting corners is beinging to show.
Wonder why these countires will help airlines & not spend on quality training
