V1r8, I dont know the additional specific requirements of the F50 fleet, but your hours and experience sound like a direct match to the F50 Fleets stated objective of recruiting candidates who can be fast-tracked to command.
Send your application in,...what have you got to lose?.....at least you will get the answer from the horses mouth, and not from an 'unarmed liftdumper'

I believe that a willingness to learn Dutch is more important than the ability to speak Dutch at recruitement, so do not forget to emphasise your willingness.
