Is this a bad time of year to complete a SSTR for Europe? Is most recruitment done prior to the summer season and would completing a TR within the next few months mean waiting around for next spring recruitment?
I know everything is quite unpredictable but generally, are there airlines who recruit year round or do most tend to have a busy spell?
Am I talking crap?
