I personally am quite distressed at the prospect of the Industrial Relations changes coming, but am bloody glad with have a 3 year EBA and a cap of some sort of overseas based crew.
What we have to do now is make sure we dont get !!!! on by short haul with their next EBA.
I am not happy about the Long Service leave crap but even my own solicitor said that theres nothing that can be done, perhaps in the next EBA we can get a clause that says it has to be "agreed".......
