i hope it is not as bad a what a lot of you are saying on here, as i am just about to start with nj next month, and they have long been my dream job.
surely the pay must be market competetive otherwise no one would work for them, amd i do not mean a few people leave over a period of time, if it was really bad, there would be mass resignations?
lets hear some of the happy njs people out there tell us the flip side to this argument...
