Gosh the airline business is so full of strange coincidences.
So, Loganair get the Irish Government Subsidised PSO contracts from the Irish Government for Sligo and Donegal - oh but on the morning they get awarded them they suddenly decide they are unable to do them - so magically Aer Arann get them at a higher fee. Oh - how lucky for Aer Arann.
Then oh magically Aer Arann do not get the LDY PSO contract and quickly pull all their flights from LDY - and oh as if by magic Logan announce on the same day they will start flying MAN-LDY - the very day Arann stop. Magic. Oh - how lucky for Logan.
So kind then of Loganair to stop flights to Galway making life a bit easier for Aer Arann. How lucky for all concerned.
Smells like teen spirit.
But gosh - there is a worse smell off that Euromanx debtors ledger in GWY though. Explain that to the auditors!
