You ask a very difficult question, hence no replies so far. If you are not ex SAAF with buddies to help you, female or black, it's a moot question - you won't get in SAA anyway.

Your hours might get you an Airlink interview but you need minimum KA200 rating or equivalent MAUW to be considered; something to do with simulator training. Oh yes, and they seem to like instructors.

As for the others, you have a long way to go but some guys are still getting in at Comair, Airquarius or Naturelink/NAC (not really airlines but they will get guys started on twin turbines).

If you still want airline, make sure you don't exaggerate your IF time eg. do not log the whole flight instead of the approach only. SAA in particular takes a dim view of this.

Oh yes, and if you haven't already - ATPL or subjects at least.
