I really can't comprehend MAS mismanagers.On one hand they entice the engineers to come back & work with MAS at expat pay (even though they are locals
) & another Mismanager won't pay a single cent more to stop the exodus of pilots to the middle east carriers.
I guess this is their way of saying 'up yours EK !' after approaching EK's management to stop the 'pinching' of MAS's pilots & rightfully being told that the pilots 'applied willingly'.
Indeed market forces have spoken & it is a good omen that our engineering brothers are finally getting their due
