Hi John,

While you are waiting to be the right age, use the time to make sure you have all the necessary qualifications (for example, first aid, passport, responsible service, and so on)

Do some research on the companies you want to apply for. Find out where they fly, on what aircraft, when they started, etc etc. It will come in handy for interview.

If you haven't worked in a customer service role before, try doing some volunteer work helping people, or maybe at a little kids' play group or something, to show you have 'people contact'. And get someone to help you go over your resume and see the best way to present it.

May sound like a bit of work but it will really help!! (And shows you are keen, too!) Have a bit of a think about why you want to be CC (and not just for travel! ) this will give you an idea of what you want to say at interview, and time to prepare a little.

Good luck, let us know how you get on.
