Bexair is looking for pilots. Excel, Bravo, and Globel Express pilots.
Probably the usual 2 months on and one month off. This also means Bexair once again is not complying with their own Bexair Operations and Bahrain CAA manuals. (ie. 1 day off in every 7 days of duty time-so one works every day for 2 months) Bexair will provide one with a coach round trip airfare to home every 60 days. The Citation applicants might enquire where the current Bravo and Excel pilots have gone, either fired or just quit, as Bexair was sending a Jourdanian to Excel school in July, and had enough Citation people at the end of May. An apartment will be furnished in Moscow, and i believe the salary is 4,500 a month plus 1,200 perdium for Moscow.
Global Express pilots will start out at 6,000 a month, and after 3 months salary to 6,500 a month on a straight yearly salary. Will be based in Ryiah, Saudi. Probably wil be furnished with an apartment equal to 3 months basic salary. 100 dollars a day perdium while flying out of the middle east. This new ad says one must move overseas, this is a first, so maybe Bexair will have 2 full crews based in Ryiadh for the Global, and the above 60 on and 30 off may not apply, but rather guarantee one 120 days off a year. If one has never worked or lived in Saudi, one is going to have an awakening as the lifestyle is quite different, and not westernized as in Dubai or Bahrain. You might enquire if this gig includes ones family. I believe this global is one already on line with another managed company, so you might enquire if Bexair takes over this contract, what will happen to the current global guys? A couple of them may just stay on if the owner is happy with them, so you need to know the pecking order. Also enquire who will perform the maintenance on the aircraft, as their challenger 604 maintenance leaves things to be desired.
Again go back through the Bexair posts and see if you can live with working for a company with rules they do not comply with themselves, or expect you to comply with either.
