I'll bet Voyageur pays better than Victor does
I don't work for Voyageur but I know they were looking for -7 drivers recently, not sure if they have a (-7) over in Africa yet, but they do have a -8 operating in Uganada (?). I think they get salary + perdiems, as for schedule I think it's 2 months in, 1 month out (?) This is all second hand info.
