PR skills some decent publicity and an active recruiting campagain would go a long way. Tell us what you want to get out of this years negociations and let us skeptics judge you on your results. If the company is playing hard to get then come back to the workforce and beat the drum. If we feel you will fight the good fight and use everything in your power to get it then we will support you. I will be first in the queue.
Unfortunately many at the moment consider BALPA a toothless tiger!! I say again it is for the CC to convince me not the other way around.
