Subway is due to open on July 7th ready for easys new flights.

Not sure on the Bus or Mytravel situation. Thomas cook are operating 4 rotations in the Winter though.

This is the press release from the Evening Post about Air Malta Winter situation looks quite promising for the future:-

"Airline Air Malta has announced plans to base a plane at Bristol International Airport as part of expansion plans for winter. It follows the successful launch of a dedicated summer charter programme flying to Egypt, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, Austria and Greece.

Over the winter Air Malta will, for the first time, fly Bristol passengers to Hurgada in Egypt and will add extra capacity to the resort of Sharm El Sheik on the Red Sea.

Mark Camilleri, Air Malta's general manager, said: "Air Malta looks at Bristol as a market with significant growth potential. In line with this vision we have decided to base an aircraft largely to operate along with charter services mainly to major European resorts.

"We have also commenced weekly scheduled flights to Malta, which we are hoping to increase in the near future, operated by the new Airbus A319."

Tony Hallwood, Bristol International's aviation development director, said: "Bristol International is delighted that Air Malta is looking to further expand its services from the airport." "
