I would imagine that OAT are feeling extremely vulnerable at present, which is why they tend to lash out with groundless tosh about CTC.
The fact that CTC is a modular course is totally irrelevant - they have a better first-time pass rate than OAT, both in theoretical knowledge examinations and, particularly, at the IR. CTC's placement rate with the airlines is way better than OAT's and, in my own experience, their product is noticeably better in the RHS of a multi-pilot aeroplane.
