I thought what I read about the new contract was a big step in the right direction.
Maybe I have some wrong information.

As you can see the pay is disgusting for qaulifed people looking to change airlines.
It would take quite a few years with salay increases to come up to this pay level.
Think this may come as sticker shock to some.
