Eye surgery
As per Kavu,
I had laser surgery (LASEK) only 9 months before being asked for the 1st interview. They just wanted some extra info from the surgeon.
At the 2nd interview they wanted more info again, but it did not cause any problems.
Be totally honest and you should be OK.
