Tinpis; Re the PNG Aviation Medicals; according to my last log book 'Jabber Jim' did two of mine!
Was packed off to him one fine day when feeling like death warmed up. He said I had a 'vitamin deficiency' and ordered the usual jab!! Three days later and feeling a damn size worse I staggered off to another Medico. A Dr Solomon (a National) took one look at me and said,
"you've got malaria son!"
Well, it certainly was'nt a vitamin deficiency!!!!!!
