Ectopics are generally no problem at all. If the docs are at all concerned they will give you a 24hour Halter test...wired up to a small ECG recorder for 24 hours. Even then you can have a few thousand missed beats before they start to worry.
Certainly ease off the coffee and coc cola type drinks.
