I have had them on and off for 45 years... and passed Class 1 medicals every year since 1967 with no suggestion of further investigations, etc. Sometimes they're there.... sometimes not. Don't know what starts them - one doc said coffee or coca-cola (which I don't drink).
Don't worry - that makes them worse!
