As Scotia and Bristow management talk to each other every day as to how each other's negotiations are going on, I suspect that Scotia already know that the Bristow pay ballot is only to bring the Bristow pilots up to the same pay level that Scotia are presently at.
No doubt they are aware that Bristow has already started bench marking talks and that their pilot workforce could be at the same situation that Scotia are in within weeks.
