Good idiea Leftwing with all those new airlines,expansions,pilotshortages a forum would be a help but for it to really pick up the Indian DGCA needs to let expat pilots to work in India unrestricted not just 6 month contracts maybe extending to 3 yrs in 6 month installments, though India has a large pool of highly experienced flt deck crew the need of the hour is a open market policy ie a level playing field.
