I'd agree with FQ and suggest that most of the moaning on here is done by the usual pessimistic few who wouldnt smile at £100k and 3 on 5 off....!
The VAST majority of the pilots I fly with, are quite happy that the status quo at eJ, isnt any worse than most other UK operators.
Moaning here wont improve things either. Joining the union might.
