I'm gald for you that you're happy with your lot. It has to be remembered, though, that there is great disparity between the workload and working conditions from base to base, and an observer who visited LGW then LTN would not beleive they were even under the same Authority, never mind in the same company. It's great that the Scottish bases, and indeed some others, are happy with how things are, but please don't assume that all is well with the company - it realy isn't. And please don't misinterpret this as a "You're alright Jack" post, it's just a statement that while some enjoy reasonable conditions, others are enduring corrupt an nepotisic regimes and being run into the ground. They don't wish your conditions to be brought in line with theirs, but for their coditions to rise to yours. The fact that this situation has existed for more than 5 years is what precipitates the aforementioned posts and resignations based on a lack of faith i n promised improvements and loss of trust in the mgmt.
