Well said as a low cost carrier easy is probably one of the better to work for. Personally i find the 5/2/5/4 a bit tiering but 5/3/5/3 doesn't appeal either as i'm certain that it will be just the same with out the advantage of 4 (and some times even 5 or 6 with standbys or contactables) I think it would drive me to my grave!
Sure easy isn't perfect but I'm equally sure there's not a better job out there at the moment!
As for managment intimadation been at easy almost 5 years never been intimidated although I've intimidated them a few times!!!
