Complain to my ISP who advertise the fact that all incoming e-mails are scanned for viruses? "Sorry - some do get through, just put up with it and it will eventually stop."
There's usually a gap between the virus being released and the filters knowing how to block it - with a fast-spreading virus you can get hundreds getting through in that time.
