I've never been intimidated by management, rarely experienced disruption, have plenty of time off, don't feel abused and get paid pretty well for doing bugger all. I'm not management, not union, not cc, just a line pilot. Thank you very much.
Someone commented that easyjet pilots appear to have the same complaints as a few years ago. Well, if the company offered 2 sector days, part time, salary increase and a 100k bonus, there would still be the same complaints voiced here on this website.
For some people their situation at easyjet is irredeemable; better they leave for everyone's sake.
Perhaps I'm singularly blessed, but I seldom identify my job with many of the easyJet contributors to this website.
