If you think its buttons, then I hope you are enjoying all the disruption caused by 30 pilots a month leaving.
It doesn't help that flight deck recruitment in eJ is so understaffed and running to stand still that only a few 200-hr cadets can be found to plug the gaps. I can tell you that most capts up our way are horrified that several experienced SFOs nearing command are to be replaced with half a dozen wannabes.
Meanwhile dozens, if not hundreds, of experienced guys are sitting in the eJ database wondering when the hell anyone is going to ask them to interview....
