Bexair
Bexair of Bahrain's Challenger 601 was seen the other day in Dubai with hail damage to the radome and windshields. Their 604 was also seen in Dubai with oil all over the bottom of the rear fuselage. These sort of issues are pronounced as Bexair's Marketing Department has complete control over Flight operations and the Maintenance department, resulting in the priority of customers first, flight attendants second, maintenance third, and the pilots fourth, who in the end pick up the pieces, or the way Bexair's operation is going, will at some point in time be part of the pieces. Besides the above issues, Bexair pilots are comforted knowing since so many Bexair pilots have quit, or been fired, Bexair's management is paying 30 day contract pilots twice what a fulltime Bexair pilot is making.
