Well that's not a rumour, its well known fact from some months ago.
With 100 jets ZY employ in the region of 1200 pilots. Screaming posts of 15% losses in 6 months would mean 30 pilots leaving each month.
Well. Ummm. If you have well over a thousand pilots AND hundreds of cadets arriving AND an indsutry recovering properly THEN 30 pilots a months is, frankly, buttons.
Meanwhile the newly arriving aircraft will see 160 extra pilots added. There are issues. But turnover isn't one of them.
