I left Easy 3 years ago and the same complaints about the same problems are still being aired,i thought things had moved on?
Staff travel,6on/3off,intimidation from management towards crew,low morale,no seniority list for protection of rights!
I am sooo glad i'm out of it,the grass IS definately greener......
