I think that it is very hard to fly and see your family enough when you are at the stage you are at!
Please make the most of this time you have .... you won't get it again. They won't take you on as a part-timer and I doubt you'll find anyone who will.
Wait a year or two or three .............. the job will always be there, the family won't!!
