I have now left Netjets for partures new. The reasons why:
1. When I started it was a 6 and 5 roster - changed with no discussion
2. Vacation was 28 days, now 22 days - changed with no discussion
3. Pay was cut by a third when the new pay scheme came in 3 years ago. No discussion
4. No equallity - why does a Cpt on a large 3 crew aircraft get paid more than me and why do I get paid more than a Cpt on the Bravo? There has been much talk about another pay review to equalize the pay. No action!
5. New pilots coming in to the company on the Falcon 2000 as co pilots and getting command on that airplane and getting better pay than me after 5 years of service.
All you guys thinking about applying think hard before you accept the job and try to see the contract before you start (if they let you).
