I did my CPL and IR training with Flightpass. I had previously flown with a number of different outfits, including in the US, and found Flightpass to be superb. The instruction was first rate and there was a hell of a lot of experience knocking about between the guys down there which was a big help to me. More than that though, it was the general attitude that impressed me during my time there- they were always willing to help and there was always someone I could chat through things I was struggling on with.
Can also recommend Bristol highly for the groundschool. They do exactly what is says on the tin. Material is excellent. As long as you put in the work you will get good results with them. Brush ups were hard going but excellent.
I think that it is definitely beneficial for people to do all their training in one place. For various reasons/circumstances this often doesn't happen but if you have the opportunity to do so then I think you are definitely on the right track.
Make sure you have a look at anywhere you're seriously considering- you will very easily get a feel for the place and the people.
