Converting a JAA CPL/IR

Hi guys & girls.

I'm currently an TP FO with a UK airline and having just spent 2 weeks on holiday in Oz I'm curious to know what's required to start flying for an Ozzie airline. Is there a conversion process? Is it the full monty or just the groundschool?

Any sensible advice greatly appreciated.
