I have helped in the selection proecess and I can tell you this...whether u get selected for first Interview a second time depends on how many applicants are there. If there are many new applicants, they will give the new applicants priority. ONLY if there are not enough NEW applicants then will u be given a chance.
Yes,t he rough gauge for second chance applicants is at least 6 months to a year.
One tip. Fill out every blank in the form. I once was told to reject an applicant just because he did not have an email address!!
