You would be surprised how many people ask the same "ATPL" question. Although, it keeps a lot of them from applying because they don't think they have an ICAO license. What they fail to know is that ICAO was established in Chicago and is a U.N. organization, if you are in the U.N., chances are you are an ICAO member state.
