Don't know what the UK equivalents are, but I got one from Dick Smith/Tandy here in Aus.
Most electronics shops should ahve them. I think they call it a 'manual counter' or analogue or something (as opposed to the digital ones you can apparently get)
I think mine was around AUD$16
