Astraeus are very good. Excellent instructors. Got 737 job straight away after completing TR (no line trainig).
Nothing is guarenteed though. A good contact within a potential company still remains extremely important. A TR does put you above the competition, especially when the market is picking up. When there is a lot of shuffling going on within the industry and 737 FOs are moving to BA/Virgin etc then having a TR makes you attractive to recruiters looking for a quick fix/solution.
Life's a gamble. Paying for a TR worked for me. Best of luck.
